About Balancing Life with Therapy
Meet Tayler
I care deeply about the work I do, and I approach therapy with purpose and intention. My goal is to support my clients in feeling empowered, heard, and safe enough to be vulnerable as they navigate their experiences.
I believe healing happens when people are met with authenticity, compassion, and respect—without judgment or pressure to be anything other than who they are.I bring my authentic, down-to-earth self into sessions and strive to remain unbiased, present, and real.
The themes that guide my work— self-understanding, balance, emotional awareness, and growth—are meaningful to me because I’ve learned firsthand how important they are. They have shaped how I show up in my own life, and I believe that with the right support, my clients can also create a life that feels aligned, grounded, and fulfilling in their own way.
About Balancing Life with Therapy
Balancing Life with Therapy was created as a supportive space for individuals seeking greater peace and balance in their lives—especially during seasons that feel overwhelming, uncertain, or out of alignment. While clients may come in navigating relationships, anxiety, depression, burnout, life transitions, or the everyday weight of responsibility, the deeper goal of this work is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
While my primary focus is working with women and teenage girls, I also support men who are experiencing stress, burnout, or difficulty maintaining balance in their personal or professional lives.
Balance, in this work, does not mean perfection. It means learning how to listen to yourself, respond with intention, and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust.
This practice is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
The Blog —
Balancing HER is an extension of this work—created as a reflective space outside of the therapy room and written through my own lens and lived experience. It is a place where professional insight meets personal reflection, offering thoughtful perspective on growth, balance, relationships, and self-awareness across different life stages.
The blog blends my voice as both a therapist and a human, creating space for readers to pause, reflect, and feel less alone in what they’re navigating.
While the themes may feel familiar or relatable, the intention is not to provide therapy, but to offer grounding reflections that support self-exploration and understanding.
Balancing HER is not therapy, but it is intentional. It exists for those who enjoy reflection, journaling, and learning at their own pace—and for those who may not be ready for therapy but still want supportive, thoughtful content to engage with.
