Learning to Balance Life with work
When Work Impacts Your Well-Being
Work can be overwhelming — tight deadlines, toxic environments, and emotional exhaustion often spill into everyday life. When your job begins to affect your mental health and personal life, you don’t have to manage it alone.
At Balancing Life with Therapy, I provide a supportive space to help you manage stress, prevent burnout, and regain clarity and balance. Together, we’ll work toward healthier boundaries and a more sustainable work-life balance.
When clinically appropriate, I also offer FMLA documentation and work-support services for clients whose mental health is impacting their ability to function at work. This includes thoughtful evaluation, ongoing care, and individualized support — not just paperwork, but meaningful guidance.
“There can always be another employee, but there can never be another you”
The Weight We Carry
Stress from work doesn’t always show up as just being tired—it can affect your mood, sleep, appetite, and even your relationships. I see so many clients trying to push through, but your mind and body are speaking for a reason. You don’t have to carry it alone.
You Deserve a Pause
Taking a break or stepping back for your mental health is not a weakness—it’s an act of strength and self-respect. Whether it’s FMLA or just reclaiming your peace, I’m here to help you explore what’s best for you and support you through it.
This Isn’t “Just Work”
When your job starts to affect your joy, your health, or your sense of self—it’s more than just work stress. Therapy can help you find clarity and build a life where you’re not just surviving the workweek, but living fully.
When work becomes overwhelming, support can make a difference.
Let’s talk about what you’re experiencing and explore your next step forward.
