🌿 More Than a Therapist

Hi, I’m Tayler — a therapist, a wife, a mom of two, and a firm believer that you don’t have to keep everything together all the time to be doing just fine.

I created Balancing Life with Therapy because I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin — showing up for everyone else while wondering if you’re even allowed to pause and check in with yourself. As women, we carry a lot: relationships, responsibilities, expectations, and emotions that often go unspoken.

That’s why I love the work I do. I get to help women and teen girls take a breath, talk it out, and begin understanding what they truly need — not just to survive, but to feel more confident, more clear, and more themselves again.

In therapy, we’ll talk about what’s really going on — stress, relationships, identity, boundaries, and all the messy, beautiful in-between moments. You don’t have to filter yourself here. We can laugh, cry, reflect, and grow — sometimes all in one session.

My style is supportive, honest, and human. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and says “how does that make you feel?” I’ll be real with you, walk alongside you, and hold space for the version of you that’s still taking shape.

Whether you’re navigating big changes, feeling lost in your relationships, or just tired of holding it all in — you’re not alone. You deserve a space where you can feel supported, seen, and strong in your own voice again

💬 Why I Became a Therapist

Being a therapist doesn’t feel like a job to me — it feels like what I’m meant to do. I’ve always been someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people, having real conversations, and being a safe space for others. I don’t look at therapy as just work or a paycheck — I truly love what I do.

Supporting people through life’s challenges comes naturally to me. Whether it’s talking through a relationship pattern, figuring out how to set boundaries, or simply creating space for someone to be heard — I find so much meaning in walking alongside people on their growth journey.

I became a therapist because I believe in the power of healing through conversation. Sometimes we just need someone to ask the right question, to hold space without judgment, or to remind us of our strength when we’ve forgotten it ourselves. I get to be that person for my clients — and that’s a privilege I never take for granted.

🌼 A Few Things That Make Me, Me:

• I’m a mom to two amazing kids who constantly remind me how messy and magical life can be.

• I’m a wife, and that part of me has shaped how I understand love, commitment, communication, and the real work it takes to grow with someone over time.

• I believe growth doesn’t always look dramatic — sometimes it’s just learning to say no, rest more, or trust yourself again.

• I love a good reset. There are seasons in my life when being still, sleeping in, and staying home feels like exactly what I need — and I’ve learned to honor that.

• I love a good conversation, a cozy space, and being around women and teen girls who want more out of life and relationships — not in a “fix it” way, but in a “let’s figure this out together” kind of way.
